Services

Cellular Level provides IV therapy, intramuscular injections, peptide protocols, biomarker testing, weight loss programs, and telemedicine services. All clinical services are administered or supervised by licensed medical professionals. Services are subject to availability and medical eligibility.

Medical Eligibility

Certain treatments require a health intake assessment and physician approval before administration. We reserve the right to decline services to any individual for medical or safety reasons. Our team will communicate any restrictions prior to your appointment.

Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. Walk-ins are welcome subject to availability.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept major credit cards and approved payment methods. Package credits are non-refundable but transferable to other services. Prices are subject to change.

Telemedicine Services

Telemedicine consultations and prescriptions are provided by licensed healthcare providers. Prescriptions are issued at the sole discretion of the prescribing physician based on medical appropriateness. Cellular Level does not guarantee that a prescription will be issued.

All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the property of Cellular Level and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cellular Level shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
