The Wellness Coffee Meetup Is Now a Thing — Here's How It Started

It was a Tuesday in January. Four of us were sitting in a coffee shop in Beverly Hills talking about what we were taking, what was working, what wasn't. One person had just started a GLP-1 protocol and was three weeks in. Another was deep into research on peptide stacking. We stayed for two hours.

Someone said: we should do this every week. So we did.

What we talk about

The wellness coffee meetup isn't a panel. There's no presentation. It's genuinely just a group of people who are actively experimenting with their health and want to compare notes with others doing the same thing. Peptides come up a lot. Sleep optimization, biomarkers, IV therapy, red light — all of it is fair game.

We occasionally have guests — a functional medicine doctor, a sports nutritionist, a researcher from UCLA who studies mitochondrial function. But it's always conversation-first. Questions over lectures.
